Elizabeth Faulkner is a local real estate professional serving the Greenville/Spartanburg areas of SC and the entire Upstate. Elizabeth has chosen to work as an individual agent, rather than managing a team. Working as an individual agent means that Elizabeth’s clients work directly with her, rather than an admin or buyer’s agent. While being supported by a team of brokers, Elizabeth answers her own calls and works directly with her clients. Keeping her business small has been key in providing the level of client care needed to consistently exceed her clients’ expectations!

Although Elizabeth is a native to the southeast, growing up in the Atlanta metro area and living in Charlotte for many years, she is different from other real estate agents as she is not a native to Greenville. Elizabeth has bought and sold many properties in North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. She understands that every transaction is unique, and that every client has their own goals and expectations. She understands the uniqueness of real estate because she has been through the buying and selling experience herself many times, in various regions of the country. Elizabeth’s own family has experienced multiple cross-country corporate relocations, moves to unknown areas and the emotions and concerns that involves.
